Job Description
The Sales Representative will drive company sales (direct and indirect sales) in the North of Brazil region by continually identifying new sales opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships. You will also be responsible for generating a value proposition for customers that differentiates us from competitors.
YOUR ROLE
- Represent the total solution portfolio (i.e. II & DI) leveraging appropriate resources (technical services, solutions specialists etc.)
- Meet sales goals and objectives in your territory.
- Must recognize, maintain, manage and develop current and potential clients in the territory, promoting and positioning the products of Guerbet’s portfolio, through comprehensive territory management, work plans and defined strategies, in order to obtain commercial objectives.
- Master and execute general knowledge of the product portfolio in order to cover customer needs.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring we can deliver on customer expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in your area / region accounts.
- Be indirectly involved in the general management of the sales process (purchase orders, billing, deliveries, and general monitoring that involves the entire sales process).
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Must reside in the North East of Brazil (Alagoas (AL), Bahia (BA), Ceará (CE), Maranhão (MA), Paraíba (PB), Pernambuco (PN), Piauí (PI), Rio Grande do Norte (RN) e Sergipe (SE), ) and be willing to travel within the defined geography.
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 3+ years of experience in healthcare sales
- Preferred knowledge in MRI, CT or imaging
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas by selling a portfolio of products
- Demonstrated history of leading within cross functional sales team to achieve client needs and sales quotas.
- High level of self-motivation and self-direction
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to develop and strengthen relationships with clients.
- Ability to negotiate contracts with decision makers.
- Experience in forecast management and sales analysis
- Sorun analysis and problem-solving skills
- Territory planning and management skills
- Experience working with CRM software
- Advanced English is a plus
