Product Owner III Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner III to join our team in {location}, {country_code}. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead Agile projects, manage backlogs, and align business goals with technology delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Gömü product scope and elaborate detailed requirements.
- Write user stories and estimate the resources needed by the development team.
- Coordinate and manage sprint planning meetings and backlog grooming.
- Work closely with developers to clarify doubts and prioritize demands.
- Monitor homologations and pilot phases.
- Prepare and follow up on project schedules, status reports, and control routines.
- Ensure on-time deliveries and project milestones.
- Identify risks, escalate when necessary, and propose mitigation plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
- Languages: Portuguese and Spanish (fluency required).
- Methodologies: Solid experience with Agile frameworks.
- Certifications: CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner).
- Strong project management skills and cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of Treasury / GTB products (e.g., Fixed Income, Derivatives, Trade Finance, Local Loans).
- Knowledge of Global/Capital Markets.
