Product Owner for Financial | Senior (São Paulo/SP)

Responsibilities and assignments

• Gerenciar o backlog do produto, priorizando demandas como simulações, aprovações e gestão de limites;
• Atuar junto a áreas internas como risco, Compliance e tecnologia para garantir que as soluções atendam às necessidades do cliente e estejam em conformidade com regulamentações;
• Definir métricas de sucesso;
• Analisar dados para identificar melhorias e propor inovações como automação e integração de novas tecnologias, como open banking e IA, para oferecer produtos mais ágeis e personalizados;
• Explorar inovações como carteiras digitais, integração com apps de controle financeiro e parcerias para programas de fidelidade e cashback.

Requirements And Qualifications

• Experiência com análise de negócios;
• Conhecimento em métricas ágeis;
• Compliance e tecnologia para garantir que as soluções atendam às necessidades do cliente e estejam em conformidade com regulamentações;
• Experiência com métricas de sucesso e análise de dados para identificar melhorias e inovações;
• Conhecimentos desejáveis: Sistemas Financeiros, Processos de Crédito e Cartões, Python;
