Junior Recruiter – São Paulo

  • This role follows a hybrid work model and is based in São Paulo, Brazil.

    As a Junior Recruitment Analyst, you are responsible for proactively reviewing candidates

    to determine if they meet the requirements and job experience. Successful candidates will

    have a strong service mindset, superior communication skills, be process driven, and have a

    keen attention to detail.

    • Candidate review, screening, pre-qualification and presentation
    • Lead candidates through initial stages of application process
    • Recruitment process compliance and system administration
    • Collaborate on special projects

    What you need to bring:

    • 6+ months in a contact or call center role focused on support, admin, or service.
    • Additional recruiting experience is a plus.
    • High school mezuniyet belgesi or equivalent
    • Fluency in Portuguese and English is required. Spanish is a plus.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Applicant tracking system experience
    • Solid understanding of Google products
    • Proven ability to work within a team environment
    • Ability to take direction and execute a plan
    • Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs

    candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

    Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable hisse

    plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies

    with all local wage and hour laws and while the hisse range listed above is an annual amount,

    non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
