HSE Manager – Talent Pool
Position Summary:
We are building a high-caliber talent pool of HSE Managers for upcoming offshore and naval construction projects. The HSE Manager will lead and implement health, safety, and environmental systems in compliance with national and international standards.
This role ensures a proactive safety culture, manages risks, drives audits and training, and promotes operational excellence in safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce HSE policies, plans, and procedures.
- Monitor compliance with legal and client HSE requirements.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
- Coordinate HSE audits and inspections.
- Deliver toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness campaigns.
- Support emergency preparedness and drills.
- Prepare and submit HSE reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Safety, or related field.
- Certification in ISO 45001, NEBOSH, or equivalent.
- 7+ years in offshore, shipyard, or industrial projects.
- Knowledge of NR regulations and international standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
