    We are looking for a Engineering Manager (Infrastructure, Cloud Enablement and Information Security)  to work with one of our clients: one of the largest and most recognized manufacturers of agricultural and construction equipment in the world.

    Responsabilidades e atribuições

    ✨ Responsibilities:

    • The professional will be responsible for establishing a new area dedicated to cloud enablement, infrastructure and information security. This role will involve planning, scoping the processes and resources required, in close collaboration with the CPTO and engineering leadership.
    • Among the main activities, the definition of the strategy for decoupling from the current infrastructure, the identification of technical requirements, tools and solutions for the new processes, as well as the definition and construction of teams and definition of partners that will work at each stage stand out. In addition, it will be essential to align the infrastructure modernization plan with the other technical and business areas, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach throughout the process.

    ✨ Requirements:

    • Responsible for developing, evolving and managing the cloud enablement, infrastructure and information security strategy for the product and technology board;
    • Define and build the team and extract the best from its human resources, developing and training the team;
    • Manage the people under their administrative subordination, following the values and behaviors appropriate to the company’s culture;
    • Seek the best solutions/suppliers for IT Products and environments that add value to the business and that are sustainable, economically efficient, technologically adequate and that are aligned with the established technological strategies;
    • Foster and drive the culture, the process and the related tools, as well as manage their life cycle, use and reuse, always with a focus on Digital;
    • Guide and empower squads to have maximum autonomy, providing bidirectional feedback, training, procedures, standards, and environments for continuous experimentation;
    • Make the management team the main specialists and evangelists of the topics in the company, knowledgeable about the strategy of each vertical and corporate area, acting as partners and drivers of the appropriate use;
    • Perform financial management (FinOps) and Cloud and Platform architecture;
    • Develop, implement and manage the bank’s information security policies and procedures, ensuring the protection of information assets against internal and external threats, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

    ✨Expected Skills and attribution:

    • Advanced/Fluent English proficiency (C1/C2) is mandatory – you will be in touch with customer’s Global Team on a daily basis;
    • Bachelor’s degree in an Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology discipline;
    • Organized person with critical and analytical thinking capable of transforming technical plans into executable activities and processes;
    • Effective, clear and adaptive communication for different types of interlocutors;
    • Able to manage conflicts in a constructive manner, facilitating communication between different technical and business peers;
    • Able to promote a culture of resilience;
    • Able to develop people through constant feedback, coaching and continuous learning;
    • Strategic vision to think and develop technical strategies that align with the strategic objectives of the area and the company.
