Administrative Support – Logistics | Junior (Porto Alegre/RS)

• Providenciar e carimbar as embalagens os equipamentos para envios dos correios e transportadora;
• Realizar a embalagem dos equipamentos que irão serão enviados pelos operadores logísticos;
• Confeccionar, imprimir e colar as etiquetas dos envios dos equipamentos;
• Descrever os conteúdos no ARs e nas declarações;
• Anexar os termos de envio junto às entregas;
• Acompanhar processo de coleta e recebimento dos correios e transportadora;
• Controlar o estoque de insumos necessários para o processo de embalagem;
• Promover a organização das salas referente aos volumes recebidos;
• Organizar caixas nos estoques e providenciar material para o time do suporte preparar os equipamentos;
• Apoiar no recebimento dos equipamentos com transportadoras e correios.

• Estar cursando Administração de Empresas ou cursos similares
• Desejável conhecimento em Pacote Office;
• Ser organizado e atento nas tarefas;
• Se antecipar aos problemas e propor melhorias, ser prestativo e comprometido para realizar um bom atendimento;
• Residir em Porto Alegre ou nas regiões próximas.
