We’re hiring a Full Stack Developer to join our core product team in São Paulo. As a key member of our team, you’ll work closely with our co-founder and CPO to build high-impact features that touch every part of the platform – from integrations and infrastructure to frontend UX.
About the Role
This is a full-time, in-person role where you’ll ship fast, own features end-to-end, and help shape the direction of our tech stack as we scale. Your code will directly impact how some of the most exciting consumer brands operate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain integrations with 3rd-party platforms
- Improve and expand our web app’s UI/UX
- Scale and optimize core infrastructure
- Own features from design to deployment, with end-to-end responsibility
- Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to deliver impact fast

- Mid-level experience in full-stack development

- Equity Compensation: 0.25% to 1% depending on experience level
