UI/UX Designer (Focus in UI)
The UX/UI Designer is responsible for creating and implementing designs that make human-computer interactions intuitive, accessible, adaptive, consistent, and relevant to the task performed. The designer must ensure that the design of a system satisfies the functionality required by the user and considers the emotions a functionality will invoke.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), communications or equivalent professional experience as an interactive/user experience designer
- 3+ years of relevant UX/UI design experience, interaction design, information architecture, software/web design, or similar role.
- Demonstrable expertise in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe CS/CC, or Axure
- Experience designing responsive user experiences accessible on any device (e.g., desktop computers, tablets, mobile phones, etc.)
- Experience in executing moderated and unmoderated user testing phases to encourage a data-driven design approach. Familiarity with
- Attention to detail and passion for best-in-class visual designs
- Basic knowledge of essential front-end technologies – HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and çağıl frameworks like bootstrap and Google Material Design is a plus.
- Comprehensive understanding of the current state of web technologies and best practices
- Strong practical knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, web-based information architecture, and design
