The Client Relationship Management & Sales division at S3 CACEIS handles developing and strengthening relationships with institutional clients—both domestic and international—by delivering high-quality, strategic, and consultative service. Our mission is to create long-term, sustainable value for clients and for the firm through tailored solutions in custody, fund administration, fiduciary services, and cross-border structure.
Your Daily Tasks
- Lead and develop strategic relationships with international investors, ensuring an excellent service experience across custody, fiduciary, FX, legal representation and other financial services.
- Act as a advisor to clients, aligning their objectives with the capabilities of S3 CACEIS, building long-term, sustainable solutions.
- Manage a high-performing relationship team, fostering collaboration, ownership, and client-centricity.
- Structure and negotiate service agreements, ensuring mutual value creation.
- Lead and coordinate responses to complex RFPs from global clients, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver compelling and competitive proposals.
- Monitor regulatory compliance and operational adherence, particularly in line with Brazilian Central Bank’s Resolution 4,373.
- Serve as an internal voice for the client, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent delivery and operational excellence.
- Availability for business travel to visit prospect and clients.
Required Skills & Experience
- Fluent English is mandatory to this position – daily communication with international clients with fully capability to execute a commercial pitch.
- Degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing international institutional clients, preferably in custody, asset servicing, or fiduciary structures.
- Solid understanding of Brazilian regulatory framework, particularly Resolution 4,373.
- Previous experience at financial institutions offering 4,373 accounts is a differentiator.
- Familiarity with foreign exchange operations, global custodians, and fiduciary services is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and answering RFPs and Due Diligences for large international accounts, with a strategic and customized approach.
- Strong leadership profile with ability to coach, influence and drive performance in client teams.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with a clear focus on win-win outcomes and long-term partnership development.
